This innovative solution promises efficient and transparent billing of tenant electricity and sets new standards in the energy industry.

Two applications in just one software - for solar rental electricity providers and tenants

The new software, which has emerged from the successful co-operation between the two companies, combines two applications in just one software. The first application of the software enables energy suppliers, property companies, housing associations, residential property companies, property management companies, cities/municipalities and businesses to automate the complex process of tenant electricity billing. In the second application, tenants can view the electricity they consume from the grid and from their own photovoltaic system on the roof and manage their data in just one portal. Previously, tenant electricity billing involved a great deal of manual effort, which led to inefficiencies and errors. The new software solves this problem and offers a reliable and precise solution.

Advantages of the software for automated solar tenant electricity billing

The automated tenant electricity billing software from SINOVO and IVSF Solar offers several advantages.

It enables accurate recording of individual tenants' energy consumption based on data from smart meters and other measuring devices, which are read out via an interface to the software. The software automatically calculates the proportionate electricity consumption of each tenant and creates transparent bills. This leads to a fairer distribution of energy costs and strengthens trust between energy suppliers and tenants. The installation of additional hardware for reading the electricity consumed from the photovoltaic system and the electricity from the grid is not necessary, as the software is manufacturer-independent.

The software also offers extensive analysis and reporting functions. Prototype available and being tested by customers - market launch planned for autumn 2023

The launch of the new software for automated solar tenant electricity billing, which is currently available as a prototype, will be a great success.
