On 21 December 2023, SINOVO will mark its 25th anniversary, a milestone in the world of customised software solutions. From its beginnings as a specialist in individual software to the development of medical applications, SINOVO has established itself as one of the innovative players in the industry.

A special anniversary is coming up: on 21 December 2023, SINOVO will proudly celebrate its 25th anniversary as a leading IT group of companies. The festive mood is not only enhanced by the festive season, but also by the impressive growth and pioneering achievements that SINOVO has accomplished during this time.

1998: Start of the journey with customised software

SINOVO began its journey in 1998 with a clear focus: the development of custom software. Since then, the company has become a significant player in the industry, particularly through its pioneering developments for the logistics industry, insurance companies, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and beyond.

‘Our journey began with a clear goal in mind – to create high-quality, customised software solutions that meet the needs of our customers,’ says Alf Windhorst, one of the founders and managing directors of SINOVO. ’It fills us with pride to see how our company has developed over the years and what contribution we have been able to make to the industry.’

2004: ‘We care for you’ with medical software

A milestone in the history of SINOVO was the year 2004, when the company entered a new era with the development of medical software for diabetes care. The creation of the SiDiary app by Alf Windhorst, who is both a diabetic and a technical computer scientist, was a groundbreaking innovation that met with enormous success and ultimately led to the founding of the second SINOVO group company.

Since 2017: full-service IT company and software development partner

Since then, SINOVO has continued to develop and expand its services in 2017 with the creation of three specialist departments: Health Solutions for medical software, Business Solutions for individual software and Workplace Solutions for IT infrastructures and IT security. The company's ongoing commitment to quality has led to the creation of further units, including ‘Quality Solutions’ and the latest addition, ‘Testing Solutions’.
