Case Study: Chemical company optimises production with innovative process control

1. Modernisation of the graphical user interface for visualising production instructions

3. Introduction of an authorisation concept for access and action control
4. Preparation and transfer of instructions to the production software

Solution: comprehensive reorganisation of the boiler process control

SINOVO implemented an innovative solution for the process control of the boilers in just seven stages, which fully met the requirements of Ursa-Chemie:

1. Drawing up a detailed specification and conducting a risk analysis
2. Design of a modern and user-friendly interface
3. Implementation of a secure login system for employees
4. Implementation of the desired authorisation concept at the production step level
5. Integration of overview pages for real-time monitoring of the system status
6. Execution of integration tests and creation of comprehensive test reports
7. Installation of the system and execution of retests as well as training for end users and administrators
