Our self-developed workplace app "WiwiB (Who's Where in the Office App)" is live and online! The search for colleagues in the office is over. Now, all employees can conveniently use the app to see who is where in the office and who is working from home.

What can the Workplace app do for us?

Search and find employees – with visibility into whether they are working from home or in the office.
Find employees with specific skills, e.g., software development with Java.
Book desks and rooms.
Find suitable rooms, e.g., for meetings, based on real-time data.
Display overcrowding in real time to avoid crowded areas and reduce the risk of virus transmission.

And it gets even better: A DevOps area will soon be set up where all further requirements and change requests can be entered.
