1998

Start: Foundation of ShE Informationssysteme GmbH

In 1998, not only is Google founded in California in September, but also, ShE Informationssysteme GmbH in Frankfurt am Main in December. Employees this year: 5.

The focus of ShE, now SINOVO, is the development of customised software for the logistics industry, for example. One of the first customers is the parcel express courier service provider DPD.

2005

We care for you!

The company opens a new sector with the development of medical software in the field of diabetes.

One of our two managing directors, Alf Windhorst, realises that there is no electronic diabetes diary on the market that comprehensively meets the needs of people with diabetes. As he is a diabetic and business IT specialist himself, he simply developed an app for himself and his friends: SiDiary.

He is exactly right with his assessment. The SiDiary app is a success and wants to be used by people other than his friends. Thus SINOVO, the second company in the group, was founded to market the SiDiary app as medical software.

2017

All good things come in threes: we establish three specialist divisions

The group of companies with ShE and SINOVO continues to grow organically. We now have over 40 employees.

It's time to organise and present our various software development services transparently for our customers. In addition to customised software and medical software, we have expanded our portfolio to include services for IT infrastructures and IT security.

Consequently we are reorganising and setting up 3 units:

1. health solutions:
   Medical software according to ISO 13485 and with CE marking
   
   
2. business solutions:
   Customised software for e.g. logistics and insurance companies
   
   
3. workplace solutions:
   IT infrastructures and IT security

2018

we Strengthen our Team and Software Solutions under the Joint SINovo Brand

This year, Prince Harry and actress Meghan Markle get married at Windsor Castle. ShE and SINOVO do something similar in the same year. They rebrand and merge with SINOVO business solutions GmbH and SINOVO health solutions GmbH to form the SINOVO Group. This gives the group a uniform market presence and strengthens the SINOVO brand.

2019

Our heart has always beaten for quality

So, it makes sense to found the 4th unit ‘quality solutions’. Our team makes everything to do with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 27001 easy to understand and implement for our customers. Our customers like this idea and thank us for it with orders.

2020

High Five! We establish our 5th unit: testing solutions

Our customers don't always have time for software testing themselves. We do. With various quality management certifications, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, we guarantee the quality assurance of our customers' software.

Complex software developments, short release times, tight budgets and demanding customers are part of our customers' everyday business. With test automation as an addition to our portfolio, we have a solution for them, and everyone is satisfied.

2023

Growing together and toasting the next 25 years!

We live in a time in which markets are subject to constant change. One change is digitalisation. We always keep this in mind when designing innovative software and utilise it for the benefit of our customers.

While IT was once a department in a company, it is now the basis and driver for new business. In this situation, our passion for developing good software ensures that your company always remains successful because it reacts in good time.

We are keen to continue with this vigour. New technologies are already in the starting blocks that will change everything in the future.

But for now, we are celebrating - as a 25-year-old IT company with over 80 employees!!
