It is only a few steps to your new job
What is the path of your application to us? Your first steps on the way to your job with us start online by e-mail. But what exactly happens next? We would like to give you a brief overview of our application process.
Just your CV or a few key points why a certain job with us appeals to you, and your earliest possible starting date. That's all you need for the first step.
You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your application from us by e-mail as soon as possible.
We will then carefully review your application, which sometimes takes more or less time. The examination begins in the personnel area and then moves on to the specialist departments. If there are still questions on our part, additional documents may be requested from you.
If you are on the shortlist for the advertised position, we will start with an initial introductory interview with you. This is usually a video call with the HR department. The aim here is to get to know each other better and to assess the mutual agreement of expectations or to clarify open points and questions.
Interview with the specialist department/management in our company: If the phone call / video call went promisingly, the next step is a personal meeting at our site. Here we can get to know each other even better, ask deeper questions and you can experience how we work.
After the personal appointment, you will receive feedback from us as soon as possible as to whether we can offer you the desired position with us. If so, we will send you your employment contract as a draft for review by e-mail. If this also meets with your approval, you will receive it by mail. Then we would be happy if you signed the employment contract and returned it to us immediately. Then we start with the preparations around your workplace. In coordination with your future superiors, we will develop your individual induction program so that your start can be as good as possible for the benefit of both sides.
